services. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet
your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier and
quicker. To fully use our services, you will need to register using our online
registration form, where you will be required to provide us with your contact
information. You may provide us with a User ID; if you don't, we will use your
email address as your User ID. Under some circumstances, such as if you are
registering using an email account at a free email service, we may require some
additional information.
We use cookies on certain pages of our site. We may also offer certain
features that are only available through the use of a cookie. Among other
reasons why we use cookies is that cookies allow you to enter your password less
frequently during a session. Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our
site. Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically
deleted at the end of a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if
your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain
features on our site and you may be required to reenter your password more

If you choose to conduct an auction on our site we use your address and
billing information to bill you and provide associated support.

disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement. At times, we may
look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in
particular on rare occasions we may evaluate your information to look for users

Our Disclosure of Your Information
Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure
that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable
information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this
Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be
forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain
circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions
or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose you UserID,
name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, and
company when we in our sole discretion believe it necessary or appropriate in
connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement,
piracy, or other unlawful activity. Therefore, although we use industry standard
practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect,
that your personally identifiable information or private communications will
remain private. As a general proposition, we do not sell or rent any personally
identifiable information about you to any third party. The following describes
some of the ways that your personally identifiable information may be disclosed.
Advertisers: We do not give out any of your information to
advertisers.
Fetish Auctioneer Community: Throughout the Site, you are
identified by your User ID. Unless you select a unique User ID, our system
automatically sets your User ID as your email address. In this situation, where
you are identified on the Site by your User ID, you disclose your email address
to other users and third parties. As a result, other users and third parties
might send you unsolicited email and be able to personally identify all of your
activities on the Site. Other people can see your bids, items that you have won
in the past, your feedback rating and associated comments, your postings on the
Site, and so on. We also provide others a number of ways to allow other users to
find more out about you and your site activities, such as our feature that
allows users to quickly see all of the auctions you are offering at the time.
Legal Requests: Fetish Auctioneer cooperates with law
enforcement inquires and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual
property and other rights.

Your Use of Other Users' Information
In order to facilitate interaction among all Fetish Auctioneer community
members, our service allows you to access other users' contact information.
Further, as a seller you will be sent via email the User ID, email address and
other information of the winning bidder(s), and as a winning bidder you will be
sent via email the User ID, email address and other information of the seller.
By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other
user's personally identifiable information that you obtain through the Site or
through an Fetish Auctioneer-related communication or Fetish
Auctioneer-facilitated transaction, Fetish Auctioneer hereby grants to you a
license to use such information only for: (a) Fetish Auctioneer-related
communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, and (b) any other
purpose that such user expressly opts into after adequate disclosure of the
purpose(s). In all cases, you must give users an opportunity to remove
themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have
collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in
this Section, can you disclose personally identifiable information about another
user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user
after adequate disclosure.
Fetish Auctioneer and our users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without
limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Fetish Auctioneer user -
even a user who has purchased an auction item from you-to your mail list (email
or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.

Email This Auction to a Friend Service
The terms applicable to the Email This Auction to a Friend service apply to
your use of that service. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the
service to send spam. We do not use the email addresses you enter for any
purpose other than to send your email. We do not rent or sell these email
addresses.

Control of Your Password
Except as specifically permitted by this section, you may not disclose your
Fetish Auctioneer password to any third parties nor share it with any third
parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control
over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally
binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been
compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. You
may, however, disclose your password to certain third parties with whom Fetish
Auctioneer has entered into specific contractual and technical arrangements
